A graduate of Texas Woman’s University in Denton, TX, Shana holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice with a minor in Psychology. Her academic background reflects her deep commitment to understanding and supporting people in meaningful and impactful ways.

As a devoted wife and nurturing mother of four, Shana values family and infuses this care and compassion into her professional endeavors. She leads a team of dedicated professionals who share her passion for empowering clients to achieve financial clarity and confidence.

In addition to her tax expertise, Shana is a skilled Credit Repair Specialist, helping individuals improve their personal credit and guiding entrepreneurs in building strong business credit profiles. Recognizing the critical role credit plays in financial wellness, she expanded her services to provide clients with the tools and knowledge needed to achieve their credit and financial goals.

Shana recently achieved a major milestone by becoming a Service Bureau, allowing her to support other tax preparers in growing their businesses and becoming EROs (Electronic Return Originators).
